復(fù)旦微提供工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的SLC Parallel NAND Flash 存儲器，工作電壓范圍2.7V~3.6V，產(chǎn)品容量從1Gbits 到4Gbits，主要用于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的代碼存儲。相較于大型ONFI NAND Flash，復(fù)旦微提供的SLC Parallel NAND Flash可提供更高的可靠性、更健壯的糾錯性能、更長期的產(chǎn)品生命周期。應(yīng)用范圍涵蓋物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、汽車、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、存儲、機頂盒、網(wǎng)通、數(shù)字電視、手機、工業(yè)以及其他應(yīng)用。
