熱輻射固化隧道爐

         爭對蓄電池封蓋膠及底膠、色膠固化，我公司設計的熱輻射固化隧道爐
 
    1、原理：電池蓋膠在電池的最上部，可以只定向加熱電池的上部，控制輻射溫度在AB膠需要固化的溫度（例如60-70度，不同廠家的膠固化溫度、時間不同），采用特定的熱輻射加熱控溫模塊，定向快速加熱，不需要加熱其他部分，由于電池的端子膠，色膠，需加熱固化部分占電池整體比較小，這樣可以大幅減少能耗。經(jīng)過實際測量，同熱風循環(huán)加熱法比較，耗電量減少約30%。（優(yōu)勢一：節(jié)能）
 
     2、最新設計的輻射法固化爐，采用我公司設計的熱輻射加熱模塊以及控溫組合，只對電池需要加熱的部分定向輻射，由內到外滲透性加熱，升溫快，達到合適溫度只需1-2分鐘，熱風循環(huán)加熱法，通過熱傳導升溫到需要的溫度（60-70度）大約需要15-25分鐘，生產流程上可以減少固化時間10-15分鐘，提高了產能約20%。（優(yōu)勢二：產能提高）
 
    3、輻射法固化爐的設計功率減少（根據(jù)電池大小，計算出需要的功率），加熱模塊的功率可以減少大約30-40%，這樣整條生產線配套的主電纜也可以相應減低，也就是說同樣大小的主電纜線，配電柜可以多帶幾臺其他設備。（優(yōu)勢三：省開支）
 
    4、我公司自主設計的控溫模塊，PID算法，控溫精確，多路控溫，多點監(jiān)測，調節(jié)溫度：室溫-100度（±3度，實測達到±1度），獨立的超溫斷電報警系統(tǒng)，確保對電池內部結構的保護，不會出現(xiàn)過熱現(xiàn)象。（優(yōu)勢四：安全可控）
 
    5、配套的電池輸送線采用承重型鏈板線，變頻調速，運行平穩(wěn)，進出可設計自動上下電池裝置，實現(xiàn)智能化。（優(yōu)勢五：運行平穩(wěn)、兼容性好）
 
     6、本產品還應用于LED、電子，玩具、塑膠、木材、食品等行業(yè)的干燥、固化（敬請來電，我們會根據(jù)具體情況設計、制造合適的隧道爐）     

 例如：我公司給云南某公司制造的一臺規(guī)格：6米長*1.8寬的端子膠固化爐，以前發(fā)熱管功率配35KW，現(xiàn)在配20KW，功率大幅減少，對電器、電纜的功率要求也大幅度減少，這方面給用戶可以節(jié)省不少開支。我公司自主設計的加熱控溫模塊，定向加熱電池端子膠附件的部分，對電池的其他部分不加熱，只有少量的熱傳導，精確控制固化溫度，在固化時間相同，對比我公司上一代的熱風循環(huán)法固化爐，單位產量能耗減少了20-30%。

Radiant Heat Curing Oven

For the curing process of the sealant on lead-acid battery covers, our company has designed a radiant heat tunnel curing oven.

1. Principle:

• Targeted Heating: Since the sealant is located at the top of the battery, we can target the heating to just the upper part of the battery. The temperature is controlled to the required curing temperature for the sealant (for example, 60-70 degrees Celsius, depending on the sealant manufacturer). This method significantly reduces energy consumption.
• Specific Radiant Heating Modules: Using specialized radiant heating control modules, we have achieved actual test results showing a reduction in electricity consumption of about 20-30%.

2. Targeted Heating for Specific Parts:

• Terminal Sealant and Colored Sealant: These components represent a small portion of the overall battery. By employing targeted rapid heating with specific radiant heating control modules, we can further reduce energy consumption.

3. Reduced Curing Time:

• Compared to Previous Designs: Our previous overall heating and circulating air curing ovens had good temperature uniformity, requiring about 15-25 minutes for the battery to reach the desired temperature (60-70 degrees Celsius) through thermal conduction. With the new design, using our proprietary radiant heating control modules, we can directly radiate heat to the parts that need to be heated, achieving the appropriate temperature in just 1-2 minutes. This reduces the curing time by 10-15 minutes in the production process, increasing production capacity.

4. Reduced Design Power:

• Reduced Heating Element Power: The design power of the curing oven can be reduced (based on the size of the battery), decreasing the heating element power by approximately 20-30%. This also allows for a reduction in the size of the main cables in the production line (due to the decreased load power requirement).

5. Precise Temperature Control:

• Custom-designed Temperature Control Module: Our proprietary temperature control module ensures precise temperature control, multi-channel temperature control, and multiple-point monitoring. An independent over-temperature power-off alarm system ensures protection of the internal structure of the battery, preventing overheating.

6. Heavy-Duty Chain Conveyor Line:

• Variable Speed Drive: Our custom-designed heavy-duty chain conveyor line features variable speed drive, stable operation, and automatic battery loading/unloading mechanisms at the entry and exit points.

7. Temperature Adjustment:

• Adjustable Temperature Range: Room temperature to 100 degrees Celsius (±3 degrees) with variable speed drive.

8. Versatility:

• Suitable for Various Applications: This product is also suitable for LED, electronic products, toys, and other applications requiring sealing, curing, heating, and dehumidification.

Example:

• For a terminal sealant curing oven we manufactured for a company in Yunnan, measuring 6 meters long by 1.8 meters wide, the heating element power was previously 35 kW, but now it is only 20 kW, resulting in a significant reduction in power. This also decreases the power requirements for electrical components and cables, saving users considerable expenses. Our custom-designed heating control module targets the heating of the terminal sealant area without heating the rest of the battery, minimizing heat conduction. Precise control of the curing temperature achieves a 20-30% reduction in energy consumption per unit output compared to our previous generation of hot air circulation curing ovens.
